Hamley is a West Coast Contemporary Spec home by Amity Construction Inc. In this project, Amity collaborated with Samantha Weeks Design Group for a stunning interior. The 3100sqft. home uses "aging in place" principles like main floor master bedroom zero transitions in the floor and large access to all spaces in the home. Hamley achieved a Canada Built Green "platinum" standard, giving the highest level of comfort and energy efficiency to the home owner. Hamley is perfect for entertaining large groups and accommodating your family's needs.
